Listen closely... This wine is from Texas and we're darn proud of it.  I was first introduced to Red Caboose Winery during my days at Baylor. It's located in Meridian Texas near Waco, and has caught our attention.

I'll get right to it, reviews below.

Cherrys, blueberry and raspberry.  Classic cotton candy type of fruit.  Carmel and dill on the palate from the American oak.  Smooth tannins and acid.  Very good wine.

Dark Cherry, blueberry, and raspberry.  Slightly burnt sugar, and a hint of Carmel on the palate.  Smooth mouthfeel with an easy finish.
